1. Finality of Sales
- All sales made through intheduskclo.com are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it is binding and non-refundable.
- If you are unsure about the sizing of the product please check out the sizing guide under product details or feel free to contact our customer support team at intheduskvisuals@gmail.com. If you order an item in wrong size, you will have to place a new order as no exchanges or refunds are applicable unless any exceptions mentioned below.
2. Exceptions
- We do not offer returns or refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers are required to follow our designated return procedure.
3. Damaged or Defective Products Procedure:-

- We will guide you through the return process and assess the issue. If confirmed, we will issue a refund.
