Return/Refund Policy

1. Finality of Sales

  • All sales made through intheduskclo.com are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it is binding and non-refundable.
  • If you are unsure about the sizing of the product please check out the sizing guide under product details or feel free to contact our customer support team at intheduskvisuals@gmail.com. If you order an item in wrong size, you will have to place a new order as no exchanges or refunds are applicable unless any exceptions mentioned below.

2. Exceptions

  • We do not offer returns or refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers are required to follow our designated return procedure.  

3. Damaged or Defective Products Procedure:-

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at intheduskvisuals@gmail.com along with the defect pictures or details within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • We will guide you through the return process and assess the issue. If confirmed, we will issue a refund.

4. Non-Damaged Product Exceptions

  • For products that are not damaged or defective, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
